Most of the complaints we have seen were from users wanting to integrate many additional applications and programs on their website, which is not ideal for this host.

That said, assuming simplicity is your endgame, Namecheap web hosting makes things easy for you.

Once you get started on your site, the back-end is very minimal and easy to use, which means you don’t need a computer science degree to navigate the menu options. Some might even say that it is too simple.

Backup options

That said, we haven’t seen any significant uptime issues, which means they seem to have everything under control.

Most of the objections we have seen have been with features and scripts are not properly working, but no one seems to have that many issues with uptime.

Of course, things happen sometimes, but the site as a whole seems to keep its promise.
